  1. How can I contact you?
    info@itsupinsmoke.com or through the super cool chatbot on our site. We are always available to you during shop operating hours.
  2. Can I order outside Canada?
    No, we aren’t able to ship outside of the province.
  3. Can I cancel, edit or add to my order?
    Once it’s shipped, it’s sent, and you’ll have to return everything to us sealed for a credit on your account. If we haven’t dispatched your order yet, you can cancel it!
  4. There’s something wrong with my order, what do I do?
    Tell us immediately, we do not want that at all and we will make it right.

Payments and Fees

  1. What types of payments do you accept?
    All major Credit Cards
  2. Is tax included in the price?
    Taxes are added at the end of the transaction. Do not forget about the pesky BC Vape Tax of 20%
  3. What are the shipping fees?
    We use Canada Post and the fee is calculated at shipping. We do offer free shipping on orders over $75
  4. How do I send an interactive E-transfer?
    You do not, not a thing
  5. What happens once payment has been sent?
    We send you your discreet package of curated awesome
  6. What happens if I dont send payment?
    You will not get a thing

Shipping, Handling and Canada Post

  1. How long to receive an order?
    1 business day locally, 1-2 business days regionally, and 2-5 business days province wide.
  2. I haven’t received my package, what do I do?
    You tell us and we get to work on fixing it. No one wants to see their curated awesomeness lost.
  3. My tracking number says the package has been delivered, but I dont have it, what do I do?
    You tell us while also telling Canada Post and we go at them with both barrels.
  4. My package is going to another city during tracking, why is this happening?
    Inquire with Canada Post and if that goes no where, bring us into the conversation and we’ll stamp our feet right next to you
  5. My tracking number hasnt updated in a few days, why is this happening?
    This is frustrating but sometimes someone has just forgot to scan something or something like that. Contact Canada Post and if they don’t provide you a decent solution or answer then get us involved, we are very good at waiting on hold.
  6. Lost orders, what to do?
    We work together to find a solution that ends up with you getting what you ordered no matter what and us getting mad at Canada Post.
