How can I contact you?
There are three ways to contact us. First, call us at 604 877 0211. If we’re available, we’ll answer. Second, use the chat icon on our website. It goes straight to Shop Dad’s phone. If he’s free, he’ll chat with you right away. Lastly, send us a message on Instagram. It’s on both Shop Mom and Dad’s phones. One of them will get back to you—no worries!
Unfortunately, no. Due to trade barriers between provinces, we can’t ship our products outside of British Columbia. If you want our fresh, delicious goods delivered nationwide, please write to your local member of parliament and ask them to allow inter-provincial trade. If you live in another country, perhaps a conversation about legalization is in order.
Of course! Mistakes happen, we get it and anything is possible within reason. Just remember, if we’ve already shipped your order, we can’t change it. But if we’re still packing, we’re more than happy to make any adjustments you need. Just let us know, the sooner the better!

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and e-transfers.
Yes and no. All of the government excise taxes are included in our price. However, sales tax [GST and PST] is added at check out
We’ve got a great deal with Canada Post to send Xpresspost anywhere in BC. We offer free shipping over $75 (before tax), otherwise a flat rate shipping of $15. This means that we’ll get your box to you, anywhere in BC, within two days.
We have some exciting news! We’re now accepting transfers. To make a payment, send it to info@itsupinsmoke.com and include your order number in the comments. We won’t ship your order until we receive a text message confirmation that your money has been deposited.
We’ll confirm that we’ve received it and start boxing up your order.
If you don’t send your payment within 24 hours, your order will be released back into the system and available for others to purchase. So, make sure to send it as soon as possible!

Shipping, Handling and Canada Post

How long to receive an order?
With Xpresspost, deliveries should arrive in 2-3 business days. However, in our experience, they can arrive in one day and sometimes two if we’re shipping east into the mountains.

If your tracking number says the package has been delivered, but you don’t have it, please let us know immediately. We’ll start a Canada Post trace on your side, and we’ll do the same on ours. This starts the claim process for us, and we can start shipping a new package right away.
This could simply be the route of delivery. While it should be fairly direct, please keep an eye on it and if it is delivered to the wrong place, contact us.
Given the shipping standards, this is unlikely. If you think your order has been lost, please contact us immediately.
We’re excited to offer local delivery in Vancouver! We will do our best to bring you your order as soon as possible, but please keep in mind that we are a small, owner-operated team. Therefore, we have established a 2 pm cutoff for same-day delivery. We will make an effort to deliver same-day for orders placed after 2 pm, but we cannot guarantee it, and your order may be delivered the following day instead. And guess what? It’ll be either Mom or Pop delivering your farm-fresh product! We offer the same threshold as mail order, and delivery will be free for orders over $75; otherwise, a flat rate of $15 applies.
